1.Set up rules and a Web-enabled Journal for the Foresters.
2.Establish an Immigration Law that is easy for new citizens to use, introduces them to our people and culture, and requires approval of the Council of State for new immigrants. Outlaw fictitious names for new immigrants.
3.Establish an Election Law for free and fair ballot, and is flexible enough to handle an unexpected dissolution of the Foresters.
4.Outlaw fast food restaurants.
5.Foreign policy based on no exchange of ambassadors and the policy "if you exist, you exist" Also for membership in LOSS or similar.
