Law on immigration and census of citizens
Article 1. The Principality of Orange recognizes the immigration right and stimulates the acquisition of citizenship, without discrimination for ratios of race, religion, culture, language, sex or ideology politics.
Article 2. An immigrant acquires the citizenship:
I - filling the official form of request;
II - compelling itself to fulfill the laws to it of the Principality;
III - demonstrating the knowledge of one of the official languages;
IV - committing itself to participate it in the life of the Principality;
V - surpassing the period of test.
First paragraph - the acceptance of citizenship request is responsibility of the Secretariat of Immigration.
Article 3. A citizen loses the citizenship:
I - For inappellable sentence of a competent Court;
II - For voluntary resignation.
III - For the unjustified absence of the public life of Orange.
First paragraph - the incommunicability of a citizen Is understood for more than for unjustified absence thirty days, without advance warning as well as the reply lack the messages sent by the General Secretary or the Secretary of Immigration.
Paragraph Second - Any citizen will be able to inform to the government on case of inactivity, fitting the Secretary to try to communicate itself with the citizen and to inquire if the information proceeds.
Paragraph Third - Proven the inactivity, it will fit to the Secretary of Immigration to judge the case and to decide for the expulsion.
Article 4. The census will be kept by the Secretary of Immigration. The citizens will be able to verify its personal information that consists in the census and to request not the spreading of those information that affect its privacy.
Article 5. The citizens will communicate its removal of the Principality to the Secretary of Immigration. During the temporary or indefinite removals the citizens could not vote or be voted.
Article 6. The disposals in the opposite are revoked all.
Article 7. This Law enters in vigor in the date of its promulgation.
